ShareVault™ Announces the Appointment of Denton Herbik as Southeast Regional VP of Sales

Leading  Cloud-based Secure Document Sharing Company Appoints Industry Enterprise Sales Veteran To Lead Rapidly Growing Large Account Efforts

Los Gatos, CA, March 15, 2011 — ShareVault, a leading provider of secure document sharing services has announced the addition of Denton Herbik as Southeast Regional Vice President of Sales.  Herbik brings extensive  sales experience to ShaveVault with his background in M&A and large corporate account management. Herbik will report directly to Joseph Sorrentino, ShareVault’s Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales.

Herbik’s main responsibilities will be to broaden ShareVault direct touch to end-customers, grow the business in the region and recruit new channel partners to help resell ShareVault’s cloud services for applications such as virtual data rooms for online due diligence document review.

Prior to ShareVault, Denton held the position of Senior Sales Executive for IntraLinks, another virtual data room company, where he was responsible for working with the investment banking and legal advisory communities in the M&A arena as well as having responsibility for large corporate accounts.  He previously was with Information Access Systems as a Solution Sales Consultant and held regional sales management positions with such companies as Adobe and Citrix. Denton holds an MBA from the Rochester Institute of Technology and earned his BS in Economics from SUNY Potsdam.

Leading Cloud-based Secure Document Sharing Company Appoints High Tech Industry Sales Veteran To Lead Rapidly Growing Worldwide Sales Efforts

Los Gatos, CA, March 2, 2011 — ShareVault, a leading provider of SaaS secure document sharing services including next generation virtual data rooms, announced today the addition of veteran sales professional Joe Sorrentino to head up their rapidly growing global sales efforts.

Sorrentino brings with him a successful 15 year track record of stellar results as a senior sales executive including building and managing high performance sales teams, scaling revenue quickly through direct/ indirect sales channels and partners and achieving overall corporate goals. In his new role heading ShareVault worldwide sales, strategic partnerships, business development, and global account management, Sorrentino will report directly to ShareVault CEO, Richard Andersen.

Before joining ShareVault, Sorrentino held the position of Executive Vice President of Worldwide Sales for Clearone Communications, NASDAQ (CLRO), a leading global provider of high performance audio conferencing solutions. He was credited with building a world class sales force and developing the sales and marketing strategies that were instrumental in increasing Clearone’s market penetration, fueling market growth, and market share expansion across all product lines, while consistently driving quarterly double digit growth year over year.

Prior to Clearone, Sorrentino was Senior Vice President of Sales for Spire Global, a privately held company that was founded as Sony Video Conferencing exclusive sales, marketing and support arm in the US.  Sorrentino was responsible for running day-to-day sales and marketing operations, building Spire Global’s US sales force from the ground up, defining and executing the new channel sales strategy, developing the channel partner network as well as signing new strategic partnerships.  During Sorrentino’s tenure with Spire Global, the company’s sales grew significantly, as did the sales organization.

Sorrentino also served as Vice President of Sales for Polycom’s NASDAQ (PLCM) Voice Products Solutions division, a global leader in unified communications, where he was responsible for building a worldwide sales force, launching new products in the VOIP and installed audio conferencing space, as well as growing market share for their leading tabletop conferencing business.

As Vice President of Worldwide Sales for 3Ware, a start-up storage company, Sorrentino grew revenues for eight consecutive quarters. 3Ware was subsequently acquired by a publicly-traded company on the NASDAQ exchange. Earlier in Sorrentino’s high technology career he held management roles for such notable companies as IBM, Motorola, Seagate and Adaptec.

Sorrentino earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from San Jose State University.
